Nondiscrimination Policy

In accordance with Board Policy 5145.3, no person shall be subjected to discrimination or harassment nor shall they be excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of any local agency's program or activity on the basis of sex, disability, ethnicity or lack of English skills. The Board of Education shall ensure equal opportunities for all students in admission and access to academic courses, guidance and counseling programs, athletic programs, testing procedures, vocational education and other activities. Complaints of discrimination shall be processed in accordance with MPUSD's Uniform Complaint Procedures.
