Q: How do I log-on for the first time?
A: Go to https://illuminatehc.com/mpusd/ or click on the Parent Portal Link above.  Enter your First and Last Name and Access Code that you received from your school.

Q: I did not receive an access code or I misplaced mine.
A: Your school has a Parent Portal Kiosk / Help Desk.  The school phone number is listed to the right. They will provide directions on how to access your student's information.  Please bring identification such as photo ID and/or two forms of residence and identification to ensure that your access code is secure.  Schools also have other training times posted on their school website, available at the office and on the window in the Parent Portal.

Q: When do teachers post their grades / assignments?
A: Teachers will post assignments at the minimum every two weeks.  Grades will be posted within two weeks of the Grade due date.  See Grading and Communications Board Policies Below for more information.
