To register your child(ren) please bring the following documents to your Resident School Site:

• proof of birth (birth certificate or passport)
• current, up-to date immunization (shot) record (all 5-year shots must be completed to enroll for Kindergarten)
• proof of your residency: residential service order, current utility bill (cell phone bill is not accepted), or verified rent receipt and TRANSFER APPROVAL if the student is a non-resident of the school
• name and address of previous school
• 1st grade physical exam (physicals are required for first grade but we strongly encourage parents to get the physical examination when their child enters kindergarten.)

Students entering into grades 10-12 MUST provide a transcript
