California needs additional Commissioned Notary Publics in the financial, real estate, business, and law professions. All notary applicants must now take a class to be eligible for the State proctored exam. This class provides the education and skills needed to pass the State exam, detect fraud, and become successful in this career. And it meets the requirement and exceeds the State qualifications for new applicants and notaries that are renewing their commissions. A state approved Certificate of Completion is given upon completion of the class. A notary examination is given at the end of instruction, with results available within 10-13 working days.

$70 tuition fee and $45 materials fee (to be paid in class).
